Shipping and Customer Service update

Just a brief update today.
Shipping:
US and Canada orders have begun arriving and QML are aiming to have all the games shipped out by next week. If yours hasn't arrived yet, then keep an eye on your emails for dispatch notifications and tracking details over the next few days.
Australia and NZ are due to begin shipping shortly and shouldn’t be far behind.
Customer Service:
Next week (19th-23rd September), the Iconiq team are going to be away at BLE (Brand Licensing Event) in London. This means that it will likely take us longer to respond to messages, comments or emails than it normally would. Please be assured that we will respond to everything as soon as we can.
It’s been wonderful to see so many people enjoying their game this week. Please continue to send us your stories, pictures, or anything you wish about your first assault on Cable 54, and maybe we will share some of these in future updates!

Shipping date update

Hello everyone, we hope you are well.
We have an update on the shipping situation.
US and Canada:
Quartermaster Logistics have advised us that they will begin shipping Monday/Tuesday next week! Shortly after that you should start seeing them arrive at your doors - get ready to put on those glasses and find those hidden invaders!
Australia and NZ:
The games are due to begin shipping shortly. We don’t have an exact day yet but we should know in the next couple of days. We will update you all in the comments once we have a firm start date.
We know this wait has been frustrating, and we can only apologize for how long it has taken. Thank you all for sticking with us, we are almost there now.

Update to our previous shipping post

Hello everyone, we hope you are well.
We just wanted to put out a quick update to our previous post.
Australia and NZ:
Originally, when we created our shipping plan, Australia and NZ were part of the ‘Rest of the world’ orders that were being fulfilled from China. However, as we explained before, when we changed fulfillment partners we made the decision to fulfill Australia and New Zealand orders directly from Australia.
Last week we put out an update that talked about US, Canada and ROW orders, but we failed to update you on the situation with Australia and NZ. We apologize for this, it was an oversight on our part.
The games are in transit at the moment. The boat is due to arrive in Australia this week, and once it does the orders will be fulfilled by Aetherworks.
US and Canada - missing emails:
We have seen a few people mention that they have not received their email from Quartermaster Logistics confirming your address. Please could we ask that you check your junk mail folders for the last few weeks, and make sure you are using the same email address as the one you pledged with - if you are unsure, then message us directly.

Shipping update

Hello everyone, we hope you are well.
We have a shipping update for you all today.
Regarding the US and Canada shipment; you should have all had an email now from Quartermaster Logistics (Games Quest's local fulfillment partners) asking to confirm your address.
The shipment of games arrived in the US on the 4th of July and cleared customs on the 9th, so everything was well within our anticipated timelines.
Unfortunately, because of backlog issues with UPS, they have only just been delivered to Quartermaster yesterday, the 28th. This is frustrating when we have worked so hard to try to arrange everything smoothly but it is something completely out of our, and our fulfillment partner’s, control.
As we have said before: the US and Canada games were pre-packed in China, so the process should now be fairly straightforward. However we have missed our allocated slot for shipping these out and are now waiting to find out when the next available slot is. As soon as we get an estimate, we will let you all know.
We understand this update would be better if we had a solid delivery date, but we wanted to give you all notice that this situation had happened. Rest assured that the games are in the country, packed, and ready to go as soon as we have a delivery slot.
Regarding the Rest of the world orders; most of these should have been dispatched or delivered, with the final few on their way out in the next few days.

All addresses locked

Hello everyone, we hope you are well.
Just a brief update for you today on the shipping situation.
We have now locked ALL addresses. This includes the US and Canada.
The UK and EU games have almost all been delivered now.
The ROW ones are in progress at the moment and will be dispatched shortly.
The US and Canada orders have landed in the US and, once they have cleared through customs, they will be on their way to the fulfillment partner.
We will keep you updated with any changes in the timeline, but we are close to all copies being delivered.
